By downloading or using muesli, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

What muesli is

muesli is a macOS application that transcribes meetings and generates summaries using on-device AI models. All processing happens locally on your device.

Your data

You own all data generated by muesli, including transcripts, summaries, and notes. muesli does not access, collect, or transmit your data. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

AI output

muesli uses AI models to generate transcripts and summaries. These outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it. muesli does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.

Acceptable use

You agree to use muesli in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to record meetings where required by law.

Disclaimers

muesli is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that muesli will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, muesli and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of muesli after changes constitutes acceptance.
